Whenever I travel to new cities I love to check out stores and boutiques that we don't have in Michigan. For my birthday last year I spent the week visiting Nina in Los Angeles and most of my time there was spent at Kitson, where I found this Alice & Olivia tee with metal adorning the shoulders. On one of my trips to Chicago I found this amazing illusion skirt at Zara. Paired together, the basic elements that make a great work outfit have a lot more personality. Who says that basics are boring?
