A little known fact about me is that I'm a huge independent and classic movie fan - especially Alfred Hitchcock movies. I've always been amazed at Hitchcock's ability to mix suspense, horror and romance all into one movie - something I believe many main stream blockbusters lack. While Audrey Hepburn is widely known for the movie Breakfast at Tiffany's, I would say that her acting in Wait Until Dark was far superior. Last Sunday as I walked out of church the erie grey day reminded me of a scene out of The Birds. With my pearled top and faux leather skirt, I felt just like Melanie Daniels as she ran to a phone booth for safety from the onslaught of birds ready to attack . I added a bit of a technicolor effect to my photos this time, reminiscent of the classic color films. If you haven't seen any of the films I mentioned I highly recommend them for your Halloween night!
