The winter usually brings the hermit out in me and I tend to spend the whole winter season holed up in my apartment. I’ve spent most weekends this year catching up on old episodes of Downton Abbey and stuffing myself with chocolate chip cookies. This past weekend however brought us sunshine and weather in the 50’s so I made a effort to go out and enjoy the warmth. I dressed causally in a warm colorful wrap and jeans for drinks and dinner with one of my good friends Enakshi. If you haven't been to Mike Ditka's restaurant in downtown, I highly recommend it for some delicious banana cream pie.
