Even though this past week was terribly cold which was only intensified by the wind here in Chicago, we’ve actually seen a shift toward warmer weather. Today it’s even supposed to get into the upper 40’s! - I know super exciting. I took advantage of the lack of snow on the ground and stepped out without a winter coat, mind you I made sure to layer up, for a much-needed trip to Trader Joe’s. I’m taking a more serious approach to my health and fitness as the being home for a few days seriously derailed my fitness schedule. I need to restock up on some healthy foods and created a new running schedule. This year I will run a 5K, no excuses!
